When a new year comes everyone tries to be the best they can be. Usually that starts with diet and exercise, and I admit, I’m on the train to healthy-ville. So when I received a copy of Jenna Wolfe’s book, “Thinner in 30”, I was intrigued. I mean I’ve seen her on the Today Show, and knew this former sports reporter knows what it takes to look good. (I mean look at her!) But would this book really help me?
The answer is yes! From the second I started reading I knew anyone could make these small changes, and I loved it. So I asked if we could speak so she can share a few of her tips with you. I love her advice because these are little things anyone can do every day, that cost nothing, and help you get thinner!

Such great tips just in the video. I didn’t exercise much in high school, but my abs were pretty decent because I was always engaging my core with singing exercises. Besides, small steps are just the easiest way to actually incorporate change into your life, right? Thanks for the review!

This is a great video. Her tips are really easy to for the busy individual to add into their lives. Picking two exercises and doing throughout the day is really smart. When I used to do pushups throughout the day my arms were really toned. Love it.

Water in the morning is KEY!! I drink a big glass first thing when I wake up and it helps me wake up! Plus it keeps me hydrated, right…!!! I also make the time for my yoga 5 times a week – she is so right. If it is important, you will make time for it! Awesome interview Kristen!!
