Awesome list Kristin! It is too easy for people to fill their plates with things that are unhealthy. I Want to try the Green Beans with Cranberries, Bacon and Goat cheese! Goat cheese is a staple in our house!

These recipes are FANTASTIC. I love, love, love that you included some paleo recipes. Do you follow the Paleo Diet? I did a 30 day paleo challenge a few months back and vlogged my progress throughout the month. At first, it was pretty tough, but once you get into the habit, I enjoyed it. Now I’m on a pretty loose version of the diet:-) Thanks so much for the recipes. I’ll definitely be pinning this.

This is a very comprehensive list and I will look to try some. I’m a huge fan of cauliflower. My latest favorite is this raw cauliflower and sesame paste salad. It’s super creamy and crunchy, so tastes like it’s comfort food but really it’s very healthy. I can’t make it at home due to my son’s allergies, but will look to find a comparable recipe if you are interested.

Would you believe cauliflower is the only veg I can’t stomach??/

I’m totally a mashed potatoes with a stick of butter type of girl but I do appreciate this list. My two sisters are pregnant this Thanksgiving (!!!!) and I want to make something healthy. They are both dairy-free for the most part anyway, and don’t eat the way I do! haha..
