I love smoothies to replace meals. Mostly I have them at lunch, but lately they’ve become a hectic school morning ritual. And as much as I love my favorite Banana Berry Smoothie, I’ve been wanting to try something new. So I came up with this recently:
Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie.
It’s love in a glass.
And it starts with my favorite plant based protein powder in the whole wide world, Vega One.
Here’s the recipe if you’d like to try a decadent chocolate treat without the guilt! Think Ben & Jerry’s Chunky Monkey…but good for you!

Ingredients
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 Ripe Avocado
- 1 Packet of Vega One Chocolate Protein shake (or a scoop from a bigger bag!)
- 4 TBSP Organic Peanut Butter
- 1 TBSP Ground Chia Seeds
- Splash Almond Milk
- 6 Ounces Water
- Ice
Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in your blender or Magic Bullet and blend!
