Baking is more than a hobby for me, it’s something that totally calms and relaxes me. Plus it’s so much fun making something that’s filled with love for my family! It kind of surprised me that Easter snuck up and is right around the corner…so I thought I’d share some last minute and easy Easter desserts that anyone can make for an Easter Sunday treat. Including my favorite bunny butt cupcakes plus 10 easy Easter desserts!
bunny butt cupcakes
One of our favorites is cupcakes, plus it’s a crowd pleaser, so when I saw this Wilton kit at Target I couldn’t not buy it. I mean bunny butt cupcakes?!
You can use a box mix or whip them up from scratch, but these were solely decorated by our girls…nice job huh?! (After I frosted of course!)
Since I made homemade frosting I decided to tint half pink and decorate some a few other ways. We played with different tips and came up with these spring cupcakes! (Note, I am a complete amateur who was just playing!)
easter m&m cookies
And who doesn’t like cookies? They are easy to make and you can decorate in a million different ways. With Easter candy filling the shelves we decided to pick some up! We added these white chocolate m&m’s to store bought chocolate chip cookie dough.
Another easy one your kids can do! And I totally didn’t bake these the proper amount of time and they still turned out yummy!

Wow. If you only knew me before blogging (and my new life), I was such a sugaraholic. I would devour this computer if I thought it tasted like a frosted Rice Krispie treat or a Peep covered cake. I am incredibly impressed with your baking skills. The rosette cake was amazing, especially for a newbee. And those spring cupcakes are awesome, too.
